About Ian Fleming
The man who started it all, Ian Fleming, was an officer in the Navy during World War II. He stayed at Golden Eye Resort, renamed Fleming Villa, writing all twelve novels there. Inspired by the people and the islands, James Bond and the successive novels and films all were inspired by the islands originally.
